Three things to check at home today

Clear the walking paths

Remove rugs, cables and objects from the main walkways in the house - especially between the bed and the bathroom.

Ensure good lighting

Add night lighting in the hallway and bathroom, so the path is clear even during dark hours.

Use the walking aids you were given

A cane, walker, or any other recommended aid - use it consistently, even at home.
