The rehabilitation journey doesn't end on the day of discharge - it continues at home, in the patient's natural environment. This project was born from that understanding: a way to make reliable, professional information accessible, continuing to support you even after you've left the ward.

About the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward
The Neurological Rehabilitation Ward at Dorot Medical Center provides multidisciplinary care for patients requiring rehabilitation following a stroke, neurological injury, functional decline, and other complex medical conditions. The team works together - physicians, nurses and therapists - to help every patient reach the highest possible level of independence.
We believe that successful rehabilitation doesn't depend only on treatment during hospitalization - but also on preparing you and your family for what comes next. That's why education is an integral part of care, not an add-on.
